Eu legislation provides that the placing on the market of a dietary supplement is subject to the ministerial notification procedure.
Biosalts offers its customers the consultancy service regarding the registration to the Ministry of Health of the product label, which must precede the sales of the dietary supplement.
The service consists in the creation of the label, its control and its revision in compliance with EU Reg. no. 1169/2011 and suggests dietary or health claims to be included in compliance with the relevant reference regulations.
